Shipping and Delivery

• We ship globally to the following countries: USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, UAE, KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
• A fixed shipping rate of 89 USD applies to all destinations.
• The shipping timeline includes 10 days to prepare your custom dress, followed by 10-12 days for delivery.
• All prices listed on our website exclude delivery charges. Updated shipping charges, along with the dress price, will be communicated to you upon placing your order.
• Payment is processed via direct bank transfer. Once your order is confirmed, the payment details will be shared, including the finalized total price.

You will receive your dress at your doorstep. All taxes are covered in the delivery charges and will be paid by the courier company. You do not have to bear any additional costs upon receiving the product.

Exchange, Return, or Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Every dress is meticulously tailored based on the customer’s unique requirements, making it impossible to resell or reuse.

However, before the customization process begins, we provide a detailed design draft and require written approval from the customer. This ensures that the specifications are clear and accurate.

In the rare event that a mistake is made on our end, we will take full responsibility to correct it, including offering returns, exchanges, or refunds as needed. But in all other cases, due to the customized nature of the business, there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
